LOWER SCHOOL FIT & FUN
All 4th & 5th Grade clinics will be held on Mondays from 3:15 to 4:45 . All 2nd & 3rd grade clinics will be on Fridays from 3:15 to 4:15 . Any 2nd or 3rd Grader who would like to ride the Activity Bus with an older sibling, or get picked up after 4:15 , MUST check into aftercare at the regular cost. To eliminate phone calls and confusion, clinics for lower school students do not cancel except for a school wide emergency! In the event of wet weather, clinics will be held inside. If school closes early because of snow or other emergencies, the clinic WILL NOT BE HELD. PLEASE TAKE TIME TO DISCUSS YOUR PLANS IN THE MORNING WITH YOUR CHILD CONCERNING THE AFTERNOON CLINIC. (you have soccer this afternoon, your cleats are in your bag, and Grandma will pick up…… for example)
Last minute phone calls to change or confirm plans are very confusing for everyone!!
