Financial Information

Indian Creek School, like many other private schools, is funded through a combination of tuition, fees, donations, and grants. We are independent in governance and funding. Tuition and fees cover the cost of annual operations, the largest part of which is salaries and benefits for our outstanding faculty and staff. Donations and grants come from a variety of sources including families, the faculty, alumni, alumni parents, corporations, and foundations. These funds support the reinvestment in our program, faculty, and facilities to assure that our program grows and develops according to the best educational research, our philosophy, the ever-changing knowledge landscape, and the needs of our students.

Tuition Payment Options

Indian Creek has partnered with the tuition management system, Smart Tuition. All tuition charges and fees will be billed and paid via this company regardless of which of the payment plans you select. All payments are less the $1,000 deposit.

• Single Payment: Tuition may be paid in full by July 1 prior to the beginning of the school year. Payments may be made by cash or check.

• Three Installments: Tuition for the academic year may be made in three payments as follows:

  1. 34% on or before July 1 prior to the beginning of the school year
  2. 33% on or before October 1
  3. The remaining balance of 33% on or before February 1

• 10 Payment Plan: This plan allows for monthly payments over ten consecutive months beginning on May 1 prior to the school year and ending on February 1.

Tuition Refund Plan

Tuitions become entirely non-refundable after July 1 with respect to the following school year. To protect families and Indian Creek in the event that a child is unable to complete the school year, all upper school tuitions and tuitions for each student paying through any installment plan are required to enroll in the Tuition Refund Plan. The cost of the plan is .7% of tuition.

FINANCIAL AID PHILOSOPHY

In keeping with our Mission, we seek students from various economic backgrounds as part of our diverse community. Financial Aid is available to qualified families of students from Pre-K through Grade 12 to make Indian Creek a viable educational option. The Financial Aid program is designed to bridge gaps that may remain between the tuition and the amount the family can pay after making tuition payment one of their top spending priorities. Application for financial aid is held in strict confidence and has no bearing on admission decisions.
