ICS Facilities

Through the years, Indian Creek has grown from thirty-three students to a present population of about 450 in the lower and middle school.

A new upper school campus opened nearby in 2006. Ultimately, that campus will house between 350 and 400 high school students.

The lower and middle school students are housed in a rambling building on seventeen acres. The building was originally a series of smaller buildings that have been joined together by additions. The building includes:

  • classrooms and offices
  • three art studios
  • two classroom music rooms
  • a large band and chorus practice room
  • four science laboratories
  • a library with computer stations
  • two computer labs
  • a cafeteria
  • a large gymnasium
  • a huge stage for drama productions
  • and a cultural arts program

The upper school is housed in a large, two storied building on a new campus of 114 acres. The building was carefully designed over several years and has all of the facilities needed to serve the needs of a rich and exciting upper school program. The building includes:

  • sufficient classrooms for classes through senior year
  • offices for administrative staff
  • offices for student support staff
  • three fully equipped science labs and a science classroom
  • a large library and associated work spaces
  • a computer classroom and additional computer facilities
  • a cafeteria and kitchen
  • two art studios, a kiln room and storage
  • a band and chorus practice room
  • small practice rooms
  • music classroom
  • a gymnasium with two full-sized basketball courts
  • a large auditorium and stage
